Do you deliver?

We are open to scheduled pickups third-party package delivery companies, such as Uber Connect & Roadie. If you would like to have your order picked up via a third-party package delivery company, please provide details in checkout and when arranged. Please note that you will be responsible for requesting and scheduling the pickup. The Flower Bakeshop is not liable for any damage to ordered item after it has been pickup, and by choosing a third-party package scheduled pickup, you agree to risk of damage to ordered item. For large event orders, we arrange delivery.

Do you SHIP?

No, we are currently able to ship our cupcakes or cakes.

can i place multiple orders at the same time?

Yes, you can add multiple items to one order. To place multiple orders, select ‘Add A Time’, after completing your selection for your first item.

Can i place a custom order?

Yes, you can place a custom order. To place a custom order, please fill out the form on the ‘contact us’ page or send an email to contact@flowerbakeshop.com. Custom or large orders must be finalized 2 weeks before. All orders placed less than 2 weeks before date needed will have an additional $50 rush fee. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Can I cancel or reschedule my order?

Orders can be rescheduled for another date or time, 30 hours or more before the original requested date and time. There are no refunds if you decide to reschedule your order less than 30 hours before the original requested date and time. Orders can be canceled up to 30 hours before the original requested date and time. Orders that are canceled 48 hours or more before the original requested date and time, will receive full refunds. Orders that are canceled between 30 to 48 hours before the original requested date and time, will receive 50% refunds. There are no refunds if you decide to cancel your order less than 30 hours before the original requested date and time. Custom or large orders have to be canceled two weeks before the original requested date and time and can be rescheduled up to one week before the original requested date and time.

How do i transport my cake, cupcake or cupcake bouquet?

  • Keep it Cool: When picking up your order, we recommend that you keep your air conditioning on.

  • On a Flat Surface: You order would be more secure on a level surface like the floor of your car rather than in your hands.

  • Away from Sunlight: Sunlight can heat up your cake or cupcake and cause the buttercream to soften. We recommend using a sun shade or placing the box in a darker section of your car.

  • Drive Carefully: Avoid sharp turns and abrupt stops that could cause the cake box to slide or tip over.

    For all of our tiered cakes, we recommend that you opt for delivery. Cake transport is stressful!

How do I store my cake or cupcake?

Please, store your cake in the refrigerator. We recommend eating your cake or cupcakes within 2 days.

Do you have a shop?

No, we currently do not have a shop. We are a licensed food cottage business based in Manvel, Texas.
